Salesforce Task Swiper (“the Extension”) is a browser extension that helps users manage their Salesforce tasks. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Data Collection and Usage

The Extension collects and stores the following data:

Website Content

• Task information from your Salesforce interface including:
  • Task titles
  • Due dates
  • Contact names
  • Account names
  • Priority levels
  • Created dates
• This information is read directly from your Salesforce page and is only used to display tasks in the swiper interface

User Activity

• Progress through your task list
• User interactions with the swiper interface (swipe actions)
• This information is stored locally in your browser to maintain your progress

Data Storage

• All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome’s storage API
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• Data remains within your browser and your Salesforce instance
• Progress data is automatically cleared when you complete all tasks

Third-Party Access

• The Extension does not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties
• The only external interaction is with Salesforce.com to perform task management actions you initiate

Data Security

• All interactions with Salesforce occur through your authenticated session
• No additional authentication or personal data is collected or stored
• All storage is handled through Chrome’s secure storage API

Your Rights

You can clear all stored data by:

1. Removing the Extension from Chrome
2. Clearing your browser data
3. Completing all tasks in a list

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date.
